Thank you for shopping with Noxbe! We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

During new product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be longer. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping costs and available shipping options are calculated and displayed during checkout.

After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are estimates only. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Noxbe is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or other events outside of our reasonable control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, your order may be delayed, returned to us, or delivered to the wrong address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at thenoxbe@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist, carrier investigations and claims are subject to the carrier's policies and procedures.
